VETIS 2008 13th -14th February 2008 Torino We are pleased to invite you to attend as a Buyer the seventh edition of VETIS, the international meeting that aims at fostering business cooperation between international Buyers and Italian Suppliers of the following industrial sectors: subcontracting, automotive components, industrial vehicles, railway and motorcycle. The event will take place on 13th -14th February 2008 in Torino, capital city of Piemonte, north western Italian region, cradle of the national automotive sector and traditionally hosting a complete, skilled and innovative industrial system. The venue is the prestigious Palaisozaki, one of the most important sites created for the 2006 Winter Olympic Games. VETIS, project created and promoted by Torino Chamber of Commerce, is realized in cooperation with the Italian Trade Commission, Unioncamere Nazionale (Association of Italian Chambers of Commerce), the Italian Ministry of Foreign Trade and is coordinated by Piemonte Agency for Investments, Export and Tourism. Following a customary tested formula, Buyers meet Suppliers of their choice active in: design & engineering, styling & prototyping, tooling & equipment, components, subcontracting, logistics and services. Once at VETIS, Buyers follow a customized agenda containing pre-arranged 30 minutes long meetings. If you wish to attend, your Buyer Application Form must be sent to the Italian Trade Commission office. Following your requests, the Organizing Secretariat will send you the Company profiles of the most suitable Suppliers for your final selection and approval. By 6th February 2008 you will receive your agenda according to your selection of suppliers. The official language of the event is English. As Buyer, you will be guest of the event. A personalized office will be settled for you. In addition, VETIS will provide for your flight ticket; hotel accommodation for one person (exception to be agreed); transfers from/to airport, hotel and the venue; open bar and lunch during the event.
